2.2 Service Delivery

• Each service typically takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on complexity.

• Clients will be informed of estimated delivery time at the time of booking.

• Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

2.3 Rush Services

• If you need same-day or 24-hour service, a rush fee of $30 will apply.

• Same-day requests must be submitted before 12 PM EST; otherwise, they will be processed the next business day.

2.4 Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

• We are not liable for errors due to incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the client.

2.5 Communication

• We communicate primarily through email or messaging platforms like WhatsApp (if agreed upon).

• Please allow up to 24 hours for a response during business days.

2.6 Cancellations & Refunds

• Once work has started or been delivered, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.

• If you wish to cancel before we begin, please notify us immediately in writing.
